Getting Started

Accessing the Pre-Enrollment Form

  1. Navigate to the pre-enrollment portal
  2. You will see the Pre-Enrollment Form with a purple gradient background
  3. The form is organized into logical sections with clear headings
  4. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required
Important Notes:
  • All required fields must be completed before submission
  • The form uses real-time validation for certain fields
  • A control number will be auto-generated for new students and transferees

  • Selection Mode: Choose between Basic Education or College
  • Student Type: Select New Student, Transferee, or Old Student (College only)
  • Application Control Number: Auto-generated for new students and transferees
  • Year Level (Basic Ed): Select Grade 11 or Grade 12
  • Strand (Basic Ed): Select your preferred strand: STEM, HUMSS, ICT, AAD, ABM, HE, or N/A
  • Course (College): Select your college course
  • School Year / Semester: Auto-selected based on current active period

What is a Strand? A strand is a specialized track within Senior High School (Grades 11-12) that focuses on specific subjects and career paths.

STEM

Full Name: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics

Focus: Science and technology-based careers

Best For: Students interested in engineering, medicine, computer science, or research

HUMSS

Full Name: Humanities and Social Sciences

Focus: Social sciences and humanities

Submission Process

Step 3: Review School Policy

Click the "school policy" link. Read the complete policy. Click "I Agree & Continue" button.

Step 4: Accept Policy Agreement

Check the policy agreement checkbox. Confirm you have read and agree to the policy.

Step 5: Submit Application

Click the "Submit Pre-Enrollment" button. Wait for the form to process. Do not close the browser.

Step 6: Confirmation

You will see a success message. Your application is now pending approval. You will be notified once reviewed.
